From Wednesday August 9th 2017 we will be offering 'Mindfulness Meditation/ Relaxation' sessions in the evening from 7-8pm.
This is in response to requests from those who cannot attend the morning sessions, or would like the choice of an early or later session.
The morning sessions will continue as usual.
All are welcome !
Remember too, that individual appointments can be arranged at (almost) any time for those who would prefer private sessions, or just to be accompanied by a friend, relative, carer, or support worker. Just get in touch for further details.
