We habitually justify our emotions instead of exploring them with care and recognising that they are inconstant, impermanent and often unhelpful.

If we 'get out of our own way' we drop a struggle and discover a way of peace.

The Marketplace at Athens.

There is a story told of Socrates the ancient Greek philosopher wandering through the busy marketplace at Athens looking at the vast array of goods and products on sale. 'Isn't it wonderful ?' he said
