Don't Measure Your Life in Years.

We all do it now and again. We all run ahead of ourselves sometimes.

When we notice this, we can bring ourselves back.

Life is lived in real moments not imagined ones. Life is here, now, not somewhere else.

If you're always rushing on to the next moment, what happens to the one you're in?

Take care of what's here now. You will find there's enough to be getting on with! You will also find things easier to manage when you focus more on the present step rather than on the journey as a whole. You will find that you have the resources and the resilience to manage a present difficulty, and the openness to appreciate fully the pleasures, wonders and joys that are all around you now, even if the moment is difficult.

That's how we take care.
