It is good to see Ebbw Vale Institute back in action! Equanimity is delighted to be part of the Open Week activities. If you are near EVI please come along on Wednesday August 3rd. The focus will be on 'health and wellbeing', and there will be a Mindfulness Taster Session from 11am-12. Lots of other things going on too!

It has always been a pleasure to visit and work with the great team at EVI and I look forward to the visit. The cafe was always a treat!
