Free Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions at Ebbw Vale Institute.

The wonderful team at Ebbw Vale Institute have made possible this opportunity to offer a series of sessions introducing Mindfulness practice and techniques. These sessions will be free to attend and will last two hours with a break for refreshments.

Each individual session will provide an ideal opportunity for complete beginners to become familiar with the benefits of the practice, and will be useful for those who are continuing the journey. It is not necessary to attend all of them but such enthusiasm will not be discouraged!

Ebbw Vale Institute provides ideal facilities for such an event and anyone who is interested in attending a session is encouraged to visit the EVI website, where they can find further details and choose a suitable date.

These are the scheduled dates running from January--April 2026.

TUESDAY EVENINGS 5.30--7.30

January 13th, February 24th, March 17th, April 21st.


FRIDAY MORNINGS 10.30--12.30
