How to please your productivity manager by slowing down.

Andrew Lewis

When we broaden our awareness through the practice of meditation, we cultivate a helpful 'slowing down'. This slowing down opens up space in which we are able to see things more clearly, engage with things more fully, and get done what has to be done with greater ease and accuracy.
