How to please your productivity manager by slowing down.

When we broaden our awareness through the practice of meditation, we cultivate a helpful 'slowing down'. This slowing down opens up space in which we are able to see things more clearly, engage with things more fully, and get done what has to be done with greater ease and accuracy.

Yes, slowing down gives us more time, greater productivity; time in which to respond rather than blindly react to external and internal pressures. We feel more in control. We feel more at peace with what is happening and we see it for what it is without elaboration.
