Thanks to all at Abergavenny Library for the warm welcome on July 18th. Our Mindfulness taster session was well received and I hope to see many of you again at venues around Abergavenny where courses will be running from the Autumn. Meanwhile, best wishes go out to Abergavenny Library and all libraries everywhere as they struggle in difficult financial times.

'A good book is the best of friends, the same today and for ever' (Martin Tupper 1810-1889)
